Who We Are

We are property specialists with backgrounds in finance and advisory services. Our team is managed by Auden Harrop, an independent financial advisor, accountant and property expert of almost two decades, and Joel Houghton, a specialist property manager who has grown the boutique, private segment of the property management industry over the last twenty years.

Our aim is to assist professional investors with the process of purchasing property, whether for investment purposes or as an owner-occupier. We assist clients manage their property purchases to maximise returns, whether for income or for long-term capital appreciation, and for peace of mind.

Our services are unique because we provide a fully scale able, first of its kind, cloud-enabled service (which saves our clients management fees). We do not charge a percentage-based management fee, but operate under a traditional, fixed price agreement.

Who We Serve

We look after property investors and busy professionals who are keen to invest for the long term. Our typical client may have the desire and resources to invest in property, but lack the knowledge or understanding to do so, or are short of time. They may be are asking themselves “where do I start?” when it comes to building up their pool of investments, or are investing in direct property. They may also be an extremely busy professional who is focused on developing their career, running a family or other responsibilities.

We are professional investors with a keen eye for value and the capabilities and attention to find appropriate investments. We understand what is involved in securing and obtaining a successful direct property investment as we have been helping clients achieve this within the inner city Melbourne metro area for many years. We sense, intrinsically, the importance of an investment decision.
